20 second recharge. You want to be able to be under an IAS all the time, so it's not that great.

Only if you play Warrior as a Tank. There are plenty of times when Frenzy is suitable in PvE, you just need to pay attention and make good judgments.

EDIT: Any IAS that doesn't require heavy attribute investment in an attribute just for that one skill, rather.
When running R/W stick with Thumper and if you want IAS, Flurry suits Rangers is better. Paragons have Aggressive refrain so Frenzy is pointless, not to mention Flail would be a better choice than Frenzy anyway.

If you do go for IAS for ranger, it is highly unlikely that you wouldn't use skills in that attribute.

It is obvious that Frenzy is useless on a caster (duh?). You are also clearly exaggerating using Frenzy as "instant death." If you use it how its supposed to, there should be no "instant death" unless you use it in the middle of a mob.

They certainly come up, it's just harder to justify it. 50% uptime from tiger stance should be your baseline- if you can't stay in frenzy at least half the time, you may as well take tiger stance and not dick around with frenzy. I'm a giant sissy with frenzy, so I really don't end up using it enough to justify it over another skill.

Yes I certainly agree that there are plenty of times I don't bring Frenzy. I'm pretty sure Flail is better for PvE anyway.

Flail is much better in PvE because monsters barely kite or kite to the end of the earth and pose no threat. Enraging charge is more than enough for a cancel stance in PvE.

At this point I think all my questions have been answered unless someone wants to talk about other IAS that haven't been mentioned.

(frenzy, rush, enraging charge, sprint, berserker stance, tiger stance, flurry, and flail have all been mentioned and discussed)
